Making a payment

  • For insurance clients, I take Cigna insurance. If you would like to use your insurance, I will need to give you a diagnosis. You will need to contact your insurance company and follow through to inquire about utilizing me for reimbursement and/or if a co-payment is required.
    If you have another insurance you will need to check with them to explore your out-of- network provider options. In this case, you can bill directly to your insurance company utilizing the provided receipt for services, but you will pay me at the time of service.
  • For private pay clients, some individuals find it easier to pay for sessions in advance. If desired, payment can be made prior to appointment via credit card by phone. I can also provide a discount of 10% if you purchase a package of three sessions, or 15% if you choose a package of six. These sessions can be utilized within the time period that suits you best, according to your individual needs. 
  • The cost of sessions ($210.00- 1 ½ hour initial session & $150.00- 1 hour following sessions) includes a physical therapy and/or psychotherapy evaluation & therapy session (see description of services) and if desired, an individualized written program for follow through at home to assist your process. I accept cash, check, and credit card payable at time of service.
